Dear Lord Jesus,
I know that I am a sinner and need Your forgiveness. I believe that You died on the cross for my sins and rose from the grave to give me life. I know You are the only way to God. So now I want to quit disobeying You and start living for You. Please forgive me, change my life and show me how to know You. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

My wife found a very good article on perimenopause by Lisa Lawless on her Holisticwisdom web site. It gave excellent tips for dealing with the different symptoms.

Yeah good diet generally acts as a miracle in curing menopause symptoms, as HRT can cause different types of cancers as well as other side effects.

Much can be done by eating “hormonal foods” such as yams and sweet potatoes and tofu. In Japan, there is no words for such symptoms as hot flashes, mood swings, etc. Many of these symptoms tend to be worse in women who’s adrenal and endocrine system is already out of balance. This is usually due to stress and carrying too many toxins. Start by doing a very good cleanse (and that doesn’t need to be purgatory).

LOL, I want them to show male menopause. But oh no, that would be too threatening for the older men. that’s right, old men have menopause. MEN THAT PAUSE. OMG, this video is too typical of the old ploy to make older women stick with older men. too funny.

@imanglo You don’t sound like a man though, more like a prepubescent ?

Very informative, but I also wish I could take to her hair with a pair of scissors, a hair razor, and gel to give her a great contemporary medium-short cut. That thought was a little distracting.

Don’t worry yourself but do educate yourself. You can treat the root cause which is a decrease in hormones. Now that you know the cause you can treat it with bioidentical hormone replacement.
