This product is a Godsend!,
I was initially directed toward Black Cohosh-based supplements to help with hot flashes. Took about six weeks before there was any improvement, and within 12 months stopped working altogether. Not exactly the relief I was seeking. While shopping at Sprouts market I glanced through a few products and finally grabbed this one. So glad that I did!
For me it began substantially reducing my hot flashes within the first week, and almost entirely ended them within the first month. Did also what Black Cohosh didn’t do…I felt more balanced, supports my adrenals, better sleep, more energy, could function again at work. The product doesn’t replace the need for hormone therapy but will end debilitating symptoms quite effectively. I’ve researched the topic pretty thoroughly and I think pretty much anyone over 40, male or female, should look into bio-identical hormone therapy (BHRT). I’d never take pharmaceutical hormones from pregnant horse mare urine (Mom got cancer from that). I am about to begin taking BHRT therapy next week. This product literature says less hormones may be needed if I continue. I believe it.
The product literature also says most women will lose several pounds of weight in the first few months. This was not my experience, but then again I lived out of a Vitamix with veggies for a month and didn’t lose any weight. Clearly I have some other medical reason…I’m hoping BHRT will support my weight loss.
You will know in the very first month if it works for you, so don’t hesitate to try it. Also play with dosage levels as needed, some women need more than the standard two pill dose, increasing my dose to three pills made a big difference. For me this product is a Godsend.

If you are looking for a product that works well to help with hot flashes and mood swings and just makes you feel more stable all around, this is it. I am an RN and perscription meds didn’t help my symptoms, but this has helped me so much.

Within one week of beginning Femmenessence, I had relief from night sweats that were waking me up at night, sometimes requiring a change of clothing twice! Within two weeks, I had a resolution of hot flashes and within a couple of months, I was sleeping through the night again. I also stopped having the energy low every afternoon that I had been used to having for years!
